Unboxing New Art Supplies: Kuretake Gansai Tambi Art Nouveau Watercolors, Stencil Girl Stencils, and The Color Meditation Deck
As an artist, discovering new art supplies is always an exciting experience, and in my latest art supply haul video, I’m excited to share my thoughts on some of the latest supplies I’ve gotten my hands on.
Firstly, I’m showcasing the Kuretake Gansai Tambi Art Nouveau Watercolor collection. These unique Japanese watercolors are a mix between watercolor paint and gouache, giving you the best of both worlds. The Gansai Tambi Art Nouveau collection features 24 rich and vibrant colors inspired by the Art Nouveau movement. I was impressed by how beautiful the colors were and how they performed on paper.
Next, I’m excited to share my experience with The Color Meditation Deck by Lisa Solomon. This beautiful book features over 500 prompts to explore watercolor and spark your creativity. The book is filled with color palettes inspired by nature and includes meditation prompts that help you connect with the colors on a deeper level. As an artist who loves to experiment with color, I found this book to be an excellent resource for inspiration and creativity.
Lastly, I’m showcasing some new stencils I picked up from Stencil Girl. These stencils are a great way to add texture and interest to your artwork, and they come in a variety of designs and sizes. I love how easy they are to use, and how much they can enhance a piece of art.
I’m thrilled with these new art supplies, and I can’t wait to continue exploring their potential in my artwork.
