Still Stories Lightroom/ACR Presets

$75.00

Introducing Still Stories! Still Stories is an absolutely beautiful set of Lightroom Presets that I created for you while filming the Still Stories Photography workshop. These are designed to give you some beautiful rich colors and are 100% adjustable! I have also been using these presets on lots of other subjects including my still life and flower photos. This is one of my go-to collections for my own personal work.

My preset collections are super versatile. They do not make any adjustments to the exposure of your photo – so you can set your exposure line and then apply your presets without resetting your exposure. Most collections also do not reset your white balance unless it is an artistic enhancement needed for Preset.

These presets are 100% adjustable!

*Due to the nature of this product, there are no returns/refunds available on digital downloads. Once you make your purchase – your download is immediately available under your Account tab.

Includes: 50 Color Lightroom Presets / 50 ACR presets

(ACR presets do not work with Photoshop Elements – Elements version of Camera Raw does not support them. Some features in the presets may not be available if you are using an older version of Photoshop).

Description

Below I have a little info on installing your presets in Lightroom and Adobe Camera Raw in Photoshop. Adobe is continually updating its products each year and the info I provide may look slightly different if they update and your system is different than mine. If you encounter differences then you will want to refer to Adobe on the proper install of your presets for whichever edition you have.

How to install the Adobe Camera Raw Presets: Lightroom 7.3 and above and Photoshop CC. These are for all newer versions of Lightroom and Photoshop.

1- Once you download your product you will have a zip file. In the zip file, you will find the .xmp extension files.

2 – Locate your Adobe folder on your hard drive

On Mac, this folder is: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/

On Windows: C:\ProgramData\Adobe\

3 – Locate the Camera Raw folder in your Adobe folder

4 – Locate the “Settings” folder inside the Camera Raw folder

5 – Paste the presets in this folder and restart your program.

**If you are working on a Windows machine and cannot find the files listed – you will need to google how to unhide the files on your machine for whichever version of Windows you are working on. For some reason, Windows hides half your files from you!

*If you are working on a Mac and cannot find your Library Menu – be sure you are holding down your OPT key while clicking on the GO menu so it shows up for you. It is hiding.

How to install for Lightroom Mobile:

To install import the .xmp files into the mobile app – you need to have the Lightroom CC desktop app (This is different than the Lightroom Classic program) installed on your desktop computer. You’ll need to import them into your desktop program first, then sync them to your mobile app via the Adobe Creative Cloud feature. You’ll need to be connected to the internet to sync your programs.

You can check out the differences on the Adobe site here: https://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-lightroom-classic.html

And watch a video here on it: https://video.tv.adobe.com/v/20577/?quality=6&autoplay=true&hidetitle=true

1 – Open your program on desktop and: Go to File > Import profiles & presets

2 – Select the folder on your computer with the preset folder inside of it. Click the “Import” button. (You can also click on the “presets” folder in the lower right corner to bring up the preset panel also – click on the 3 dots in the upper corner and use the import option from there)

3 – Open the Lightroom CC mobile app on your mobile device.

4 – Make sure you are logged into your Adobe Creative Cloud account on your mobile device so it will sync to your desktop program.

5 – Navigate to presets icon in the bottom right of your toolbar in the app.

6 – Here you will see the presets installed (synced).

***You’ll need to be an Adobe Creative Cloud subscriber to install these in Lightroom Mobile.
