Having trouble downloading a product?
I recommend restarting your computer, clearing your browser cache, and trying a different browser. I personally use Chrome and have had the fewest issues there. Outdated browsers or security settings like firewalls can sometimes interfere with downloads.

Having trouble watching a video?
If you are experiencing buffering or playback issues, all workshop videos include a download option. Head to the video page on Vimeo and download the video to your device for smooth viewing. Unfortunately, buffering is usually related to internet connection issues outside of our control.

Important note about photography products
As of December 2025, all photography products and resources have been retired, and this website is now fully focused on art. Thank you so much for all the love and support through all the photography years. It meant the world to me. Products and classes that are more than 4 years old may be removed from the website and will no longer be available for online access or download. Classes may be retired or removed from the website at my discretion. Online access is not guaranteed indefinitely.

Unfortunately, I’m not able to reactivate retired photography resources or workshops for one-time purchases. Due to the time and cost involved in rebuilding old systems and files, these materials are no longer available once retired.
