Have an issue downloading a product? I recommend you do a computer restart, clear out your browser cache, and try out a different browser. I’m on Chrome and don’t have any issues with downloading with that browser. Sometimes you will run into outdated browsers and firewalls that prevent you from your download.

**Regarding photo editing program support – I’d recommend you get with your software company for your preferred editing program for support. I DO NOT offer software support for any photo editing software company. photo editing software updates or basic computer skills support. While we do recommend different types of software with the available features for using our products, it is up to you personally to decide the software which works best for you. We cannot take responsibility for your photo editing software or technical issues you may have with your software. We also cannot take responsibility for your learning and understanding of how to properly work with our files in your software of choice. Denise is an artist, not a software instructor, teacher, or troubleshooter. While many of the videos on this website do show the basics of how I work with these files in my software of choice, it is up to you to educate yourself on how to work in your software of choice.
