Mastering Color Mixing: Purple & Yellow in Acrylic Painting

In this art journal tutorial, I explore the magic of color mixing using Purple Madder and Yellow Orange Light from the Blick Matte Acrylics line, along with black and white.

On one page, I experiment with creating a custom color palette, testing different mixes and variations. On the opposite page, I bring those colors to life in an abstract painting with mark-making and stencil techniques.
