I finished this handmade journal spread by repeating colors and marks across both pages while allowing each composition to keep its own personality. Granulating watercolor, tempera sticks, Neocolor II pastels, pencil, Posca marker, and Kuretake gold mica ink create layers of texture, pattern, and glowing detail.
