Day 8: Holiday Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) – Mini Art, Big Inspiration!
In this Day 8 video of our Artful Holidays series, I guide you through creating a set of unique holiday-themed Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) from start to finish! Using a festive color palette from our Holiday Color PDF, I start with a large 12"x18" watercolor paper, covering it with layers of vibrant watercolors. Then, we add stenciled patterns in various colors, followed by extra details and mark-making with markers. Once our design is complete, we cut the sheet into 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" mini cards to create individual ATCs, perfect for sharing or trading this holiday season. Join me to create your own mini masterpieces, using your favorite colors, prompts, or techniques from previous days!
