Collaborative Art: Painting & Stenciling in My Sketchbook Swap Journal
In this video, I dive into the collaborative art journey of my sketchbook swap with my YouTube friend Luz. After creating and sending her a handmade art journal (featured in an earlier video), I finally got brave enough to paint in the stunning journal she sent me. Inspired by her beautiful acrylic layout in greens and browns, I painted the opposite page using coordinating greens and brown watercolors. I added mark-making details to complement the design and took a creative leap by stenciling on her painted page. To finish, I incorporated texture with some packing paper, creating a cohesive and visually exciting spread.
