In this video, I am going to edit this Ranunculus photo with the Foraged Presets and the Bazar texture collection. I am using the Helios 44-2 vintage lens on this series. This is a fun lens known for its pretty swirly bokeh in certain situations. I love how it performs in close up still life photos also.
I love shooting with a variety of lenses that would be considered a bit more unconventional. Most of these lenses are manual lenses – some new and some antique. I especially love using antique film lenses because they are fairly inexpensive. People sell them cheap because they think they have no value and a lot of photographers don’t think to use them, maybe are scared of them or confused about how they would work with their equipment. If you are intrigued with the thought of these lenses and want some detail videos in how to use them and the photos you might get – then check out the new workshop in texture club on using unconventional lenses!

I love everything about this one! Colours, the texture, the light. One of my favourites so far 🙂
Thank you!!
