New Art Supply Haul: Trying Out Posca Pens, Chunky Charcoal, Japanese Watercolors, and More
Today, I wanted to share with you my latest art supply haul, which includes some exciting new items that I can’t wait to try out.
First on my list are Posca pens. These versatile paint markers come in a variety of colors and are great for adding detail and highlights to my artwork. I’ve heard a lot about them and I’m excited to see how they perform.
Next up is chunky charcoal. I love using charcoal in my artwork, and this chunky version looks like it will create some interesting textures and marks on the paper.
I also picked up some Japanese watercolors, which are known for their beautiful and unique color palette. I’m curious to see how they will compare to the watercolors I usually use.
To put my new supplies to the test, I created a set of 3 abstract samplers. You can check out the video below to see how they turned out:
Overall, I’m really happy with my new art supplies and the artwork I was able to create with them. If you’re looking to add some new tools to your art kit, I would definitely recommend giving these a try.
Thanks for watching, and happy creating!
