Art Supply Haul: Discovering Unique Finds from Sketch Box and St. Louis Art Supply Company
As an artist, I am always on the lookout for new and interesting art supplies to experiment with in my artwork. Recently, I received some exciting new supplies in my Sketch Box subscription, and I also discovered some unique finds at the St. Louis Art Supply company that I can’t wait to share with you.
In my latest video, I dive into these new art supplies and share my thoughts on how they perform. From new colors in some of my favorite supplies to unique and unexpected mediums, this haul has something for everyone.
One of the standout items from my Sketch Box was a set of paint pigments that allow you to make your own watercolors. The colors are vibrant and pigmented, and the containers are generously sized to last me for a while. I also tried out a new paper from Canson that they included, and I was impressed with its quality and texture.
But the surprises don’t end there – I also found some interesting supplies at the St. Louis Art Supply company, including a unique metallic silver ink from Kuretake that adds a stunning shimmer to my paintings. I also picked up some new paintbrushes that have quickly become some of my favorite tools for detail work.
Overall, I am thrilled with the art supplies I received in this haul, and I can’t wait to continue experimenting with them in my artwork. If you’re looking to try out some new supplies, I highly recommend checking out both Sketch Box and the St. Louis Art Supply company for some unique and high-quality options.
