Abstract Inspiration: Teal Watercolor, Acrylics, and Vintage Stains
In this video tutorial, I guide you through the process of creating a stunning 2-page spread in one of my handmade art journals from the 'From Scrap to Treasure: Creating Unique Art Journals' class. Starting with a collage of old papers, I layer on vibrant teal watercolor and coordinating acrylic paints. Watch as I add dynamic brush stroke mark-making, intricate stencil work, and delicate botanical details to bring the pages to life. To complete the spread, I apply an art stain to antique the pages, adding a touch of vintage charm. Join me for a creative journey and discover new techniques to enhance your art journaling practice!
