My journey with art began as a child, experimenting with paints, pencils, and anything I could get my hands on. Art has always been my first love, but as an adult, I spent years exploring photography, creating workshops and tools to help others capture the beauty of the world around them.
In recent years, I’ve come full circle, returning to my roots in art-making and embracing mixed media, abstract painting, and handmade journals. My work is all about combining color, texture, and experimentation to create meaningful and authentic pieces.
Now, I share my passion for art through workshops, tutorials, and resources designed to inspire others to let go of perfection and dive into their own creative process. Whether you’re here to explore, learn, or just be inspired, I’m so glad you’re joining me on this artistic journey.

As an avid artist, I've accumulated an impressive collection of art supplies over the years. From pencils and paint brushes to canvas and paints, I've dabbled in just about everything, and I can't get enough of it! In fact, my supply list is so extensive that it would take up far too much space to include here so I have compiled all my favorites here for you - Favorite supplies. Suffice it to say that I'm always on the lookout for new and exciting materials to incorporate into my work. Whether I'm in my studio or out in nature, I love exploring the creative possibilities that come with using top-quality art supplies. Fun Fact: Years ago, I had a bit of an obsession with owls! In fact, I collected interesting owl figurines, sculptures, and other artist items in pairs, which is where the name "2 Lil' Owls Studio" comes from. Owls have always been a symbol of wisdom and creativity for me, and I love incorporating them into my art and photography whenever I can. So if you see any cute or quirky owl trinkets out there, you know who to send them to!
