Q: Is my download link good forever?
A: No. Your links will expire. You have access to the link for 13 days and a limited number of download attempts – Please download your product immediately and make a backup.
Q: I’m having trouble with my download – what would cause this?
A: There are many factors that may cause you to have trouble with a file. Files are provided in a very common file type – a ZIP file. There is nothing special about this file and it is the common file type for sending large files. If you are having an issue opening the file after download:
–Your internet may be blinking off during your download – this would cause an error in your file and you will need to re download the file.
–Your security settings on your computer may be preventing your download – check your security settings and change it to allow for downloads (I do not know your security settings and cannot help you with this task).
–If you can open the zip file – but get an error when you click on certain files in the zip (an error might be something telling you that you have a corrupt file) then your download did not really complete and you will need to re download the files.
–Your internet browser may be causing you to not get a valid download. Internet Explorer commonly causes errors. I personally use Google Chrome and have never had an issue with a download. I’d recommend you trying another browser if you are using explorer and are having issues.
–If you purchased a lot of files and are trying to download them all at the same time – you may get some errors or freeze up your system. Most of these files are very large – over 200mb in most cases – you should only be downloading 1 or 2 at a time and letting them finish before you try to download more. You should not click on the files in the download process as you will cause them to error at that point. You need to completely let them download then you can click on them when they are finished. Depending on your internet speed – some files may take more than 10 minutes to download. Be patient.
–If after all that you are still having an issue – you might need to move to another computer and continue your downloads there.
– I receive a copy of every email sent out by the server providing the files – If you notify me that you are having an issue opening a file – I will try your link. If I can download the file with no problem – then the issue is not with the file – the most common issues are listed above.
Q: What software do I need and are they compatible with Mac and PC?
A: These templates are made in Photoshop CS5 and will work in Photoshop and Photoshop elements. You need to have a working knowledge of working with layers and masks. These are layered PSD files, PNG, or JPEG files depending on what you purchase. The products are compatible with both Mac and PC.
Q: Do the fonts come with my product?
A: No. Fonts are copyright protected. I use mostly free fonts in all the templates I make.. I get them from http://www.dafont.com/ mostly.
Q: Who do you suggest for printing my products?
A: I use the Miller’s photolab templates and White House Custom Color templates – both are excellent choices. You can get your templates printed anywhere you prefer with minor adjustments – just check the printer specs before sending in your design.
Q: How big are these files?
A: These are very large files.. over 125mb in some cases.. please allow time for your download.
Q: Can I share my downloads with other people?
A: Your purchasing a product with use to the original purchaser.
